Students are taught Religious studies from year one to year three. Our school follows the curriculum approved by the Cypriot Ministry of Education and Culture. Students encounter didactic stories from the Holy Bible and the lives of a wide selection of Saints of Christianity. In addition, in year three they briefly come across the beliefs of other Religions. During the academic year students have the opportunity to go to church before the Christmas and Easter periods. If a foreign student does not wish to take part in the lesson due to different religious beliefs or difficulty in understanding the Greek language, he/she may do so after their parent/guardian has spoken to the school’s office.
